- Contribution and dissemination of prohibited information and negative materials that are against national policies are prohibited.
- Spreading political, inflammatory or racist information or anything that affects the reputation of the Ministry and the Public Service is prohibited.
- Visitors who want to use facilities such as the forum are required to register as a security measure to avoid unwanted things arising.
- Visitors must ensure that the file sent via attachment is virus-free.
- Visitors are fully responsible for the information locked in.
- All information to be loaded into the ILP Kangar portal must be approved by the Division/Department Head.
- Agency or company portals that require a link to the ILP Kangar portal or vice versa must obtain permission from the Head of Department.
- Trespassing or attempting to hack the ILP Kangar portal is prohibited.
