OBJECTIVE
-To provide training program that can produce skilled worker for industrial needs from various field such as
electrical, mechanical, civil and information technology.
-Fulltime training for school leavers and industrial workers. 
-Part-time training for industrial workers and local comunity to upgrade their skill. 
MISSSION
To optimized all resources in development and delivery of technical skill training to customers in-line with national 
industrial and technology development. 
FUNCTIONS
ILP Labuan is one of the 20 training institution under the Department of Human Resource (JTM). The main functions 
of this Institute are:
-Provide full tiime skill training for school-leavers 
-Provide full time skill training for Industrial workers 
-Provide skill upgrading courses for the ndustrial workforce 
-Plan, develope and implement new courses as needed by the industrial sector 
CLIENT'S CHARTER 
The Manpower Department is entrusted to provide skill-trained workforce.  Thus we pledge to:- 
-Develop and conduct skills training programs in consonance to the needs of the nation and technological 
development; 
-Produce skill workers and trainers of high caliber, quality and competence; 
-Advertise information regarding training opportunities for long term courses three months prior to each
intake; 
-Extend offer of training for long term courses three weeks prior to each intake; and
-Respond to all inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
