Vision-  To make civil defence the leader in security through the involvement of citizens.
Mission-To involve the public in civil defence activities in accordance with international standards.

Objectives
1.To protect the public and property from threats of security and disaster
2.To train at least 10% ot the citizens in the knowledge and skills required in emergencies
3.To involve citizens in civil defence activities (disaster and national security)
4.to make available and manage emergency and disaster services.
FIRE FIGHTER
                  
The activities are :
1.Drill (physical exercise)
2.Emergency Rescue Theory
3. Fire fighting training
4.Visitation to nearest firefighter office
5.Introduction to firefighter's equipment
6.Annual camping
MALAYSIAN RED CRESCENT SOCIETY
                  
The Malaysian Red Crescent Society is a component of the International Red Cross and Red crescent movement which includes the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.The Malaysian Red Crescent Society in an impartial, neutral and independant organisation whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of war and internal violence and to provide them with assistance. It also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening law and universal humanitarian principles.
MARTIAL ART
                  
Silat Selayang Mas was practiced here. This program was organised by En. Romli bin Yob (Mahaguru) assisted by  Saiful bin Effendi (Assistant Mahaguru).This martial art was the combination of Silat Melayu and  Tomoi Siam. It was established in 1969.
